Tour Details

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Plaza del Cardenal Belluga to begin this free tour of Murcia's three cultures.

Along the way, we'll admire City Hall and cross the iconic Puente de los Peligros, guarded by its legendary statue of the Virgin Mary. Next, we'll walk along the Paseo del Malecón and past the Portada del Huerto de las Bombas until we reach the Mercado de Verónicas and the remains of the ancient Islamic city wall.

We'll continue walking until we reach the bustling Plaza de las Flores, the heart of the local food scene. From there, we'll return to Plaza Belluga to enter the Episcopal Palace and admire its majestic dome.

After admiring the architecture of the imposing Cathedral of Murcia and discovering the interesting details of its facades, we'll walk down the historic Trapería Street to conclude the tour next to the iconic Teatro Romea.
